CNC Setup & Programmer - 2nd Shift

  • Experience with full operations of Computer Numeric Control Machining is required: set up, operation, and programming

  • Strong knowledge of G & M code programming-FANUC and Okuma controls.

  • Experience with horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers equipment is preferred:, FANUC CNC Machining, Multi-axis equipment.

  • Perform in process inspections to assure products will meet requirements using precision measuring instruments, i.e., I.D. and O.D. micrometers, calipers, read blue prints etc.

  • Communicate with shop leadership and other parties as required to achieve end objectives.

  • Monitor and record duration and completion of work performed in accordance with standard department processes. Stay current and proficient with all applicable safety, quality and work instruction processes.

  • Must be willing to be proactive, have good attitude, work ethics, initiative and drive.

  • Must be willing to work overtime as required.

  • Knowledge of Solid Works is a plus.

  • Position is for 2nd shift. Candidates must be available to work evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM and overtime as needed.

Industrial Electrician - 3rd Shift

  • Repair, maintain and replace electric motors.

  • Maintain all associated equipment for the electric motors, including drives.

  • Install and repair all types of electronic equipment including PLC programmers.

  • Maintain and install electrical services through the facility including lighting, HVAC, etc.

  • Install new equipment, mount fixtures, run conduit, pull wire, connect wiring, etc.

  • Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns.

  • Perform preventative maintenance duties on plant equipment.

  • Complete required documentation.

  • Performs other work as required in support of general repair activity.

  • Position is for 3rd shift.  Candidate must be available to work night shift from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM and overtime as needed.

Industrial Millwrights - 3rd Shift

  • Troubleshoots repairs or replaces pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic and other machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the foundry.

  • Conducts preventative maintenance, clean lube, and inspect equipment.

  • Examines parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear.

  • Observes and tests the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions.

  • Completes overhaul in shop environment to include component installation, service and repairs equipment to original equipment manufacturers specifications using various hand and power tools of the maintenance trades.

  • Performs work in the mechanic’s skill area such as fabrication, assembly, welding, burning, cutting, basic turning basic milling, and pipefitting.

  • Performs other work as required in support of general repair activity.

  • Complete required documentation.

  • Position is for 3rd shift.  Candidate must be available to work night shift from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM and overtime as needed.

Patternmaker - Open Shift

  • Design and construct specialized patterns used in medal molding process.

  • Program G&M Coding with CNC machines

  • Set-up, adjust and operate all varieties of manual machine shop equipment.

  • Manufacture a wide variety of metal components through the operation of milling machines, drill presses, and similar

  • Equipment, gauging work carefully by using precision tools, fabricated mechanical devices and units.

  • Operate cutting, grinding and welding equipment and use hand tools in the fabrication of mechanical devices.

  • Familiar with making jigs and fixtures.

  • Responsible for manual programming and fabrication of tooling, operate horizontal machining equipment, comfortable with using gages, and calipers.

  • Complete required documentation.

  • Performs other work as required in support of general repair activity.

Foundry Processor - 2nd Shift

  • Removes scrap metal from molds using hands or hammer.

  • Lift product from conveyor and places them in binds

  • Sort product by shape and size, discarding imperfects, using both hands.

  • Ability to safely use small and large metal grinding wheels

  • Visually observe imperfections on products and discard them into designated area

  • Shovel sand to heights of 46 inches on continuous basis

  • Sweep and clean designated areas. Using push broom, sweep dust and debris from assigned areas and discard into waste receptacle.

  • Operate sit-down or standup forklift.

Pay Rates Ranging from $16.00—$28.00 per hour, depending on knowledge and experience.
