Automation Technician
Repair and maintain all automation and robotic system. Perform routine maintenance on automated and robot systems including PMs. Troubleshoot, isolate, and perform repairs using necessary components. Responsible for contacting and communicating all changes and all crucial information to the Manager or Lead as issues arise from production.
Maintenance Technician
Installation, repair and preventive maintenance of all operating equipment, fix equipment and support equipment as assigned.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and or program issues with Molding, and all support equipment.
Molding Technician
Experience in tooling/die shop and injection molds. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining molds, maintain inventory of spare parts for molds, analyze and remove sources of errors and disturbances, recognize and report mold part problems.
Process Technician
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Apply feedback to improve performance; Monitor own work to ensure quality. Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity.
