Forklift Operator
Description: Performs a combination of product handling and lift truck operating duties to stack, transport, and store work-in-process and finished goods. Supplies production lines with efficient flow of materials – knockdowns and dividers - and moves finished goods to warehouse. Completes line driver reports accurately and legible showing locations and quantities of raw materials used as well as quantities and locations where finished goods were stored. Assists production line employees by relieving them in breaks and lunchtime periods.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
Grinder Operator
Description: Monitors grinding to supply regrind to the blending system, empties overflow regrind, supplies empty reclaim bins to the production operation and grinds preforms and/or bottles that have been dispositional for such. Performs quality inspections and/or sampling, and documents as required.
Requirements: Previous manufacturing experience.
Machine Operator
Description: Operates a given number of plastic blow molding machines (including in-line equipment), and makes necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing required.
Maintenance Technician II
Description: Installs and repairs equipment in the plant.
Requirements: Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred. A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred.
Packaging Specialist
Description: Performs general housekeeping of the production area, case making, inspecting, and packing of finished product in accordance with established procedures, specifications and other guidelines.
Requirements: Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
Quality Assurance Technician
Description: Attains and maintains standards of quality for bottles as defined by drawings, product specifications and Quality Assurance procedures. Assists in the training of new personnel on the importance of quality and leadership. Monitors the quality of finished product and packaging at start up and qualifications, both before and after packing.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 to 3 years in manufacturing required. Minimum of 6 months’ quality experience preferred.
