NOW HIRING FOR:

Registered Nurse:

  • Providing direct patient care to inpatients

  • Supervising care, treatment and services of patient care provided by LPNs, RNTs/CNAs, and other staff on assigned unit and shift

  • Assessing and reassessing of patients

  • Communicating appropriate information with the interdisciplinary team

  • Reporting patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisor and/or physician in a timely manner

  • Creating a plan of care that is individualized to patient needs and is reflective of patient goals.

Rehab Nursing Tech:

  • Providing direct patient care activities appropriate to training and competency

  • Assisting RN/LPN in completing tasks that support patient care activities

Occupational Therapy Assistant:

  • Provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional and federal regulations and guidelines.

  • Requires competency in occupational therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

Physical Therapist:

  • Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, professional and federal regulations and guidelines.

Nutrition Services Aide:

  • Assists in preparing therapeutic and modified diets for patients.

  • Prepare meals for employees, visitors and special functions.

  • Maintaining inventory, serviceware and sanitary conditions within the department.

Pharmacy Technician:

  • Performs technical support functions in the department under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Associate Chief Nursing Officer:

  •  position is a 12-18 month hospital CNO-in-training assignment.

  • Responsible for developing and demonstrating the necessary qualifications to become a CNO while leading significant and successful improvements in the hospital's nursing outcomes.

  • Reports to the hospital's CNO, is a member of the hospital's senior leadership team, and manages others - with progressively increasing responsibility based on demonstrated ability and hospital needs.

  • Expected to complete the Developing Future CNOs program curriculum and other tasks as assigned.

Plant Operations Director:

  •  Responsible for ensuring that the Rehabilitation Hospital, satellite clinic(s) and all related building systems and equipment are installed and maintained in accordance Joint Commission standards and applicable local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. 

  • Coordinates and conducts the Environment of Care/Safety meetings and may serve as Safety Officer ensuring compliance with all regulatory agency requirements. 

  • Coordinates and oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs per the standards in the industry and equipment manufacturers' recommendations.

  • Responsible for helping create an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to improve performance and being responsible for the operation of the department, along with measurement, assessment and continuous improvement of the department's performance.

  • Support cultural diversity by ensuring that the delivery of quality, equitable and culturally competent patient-centered care is provided; promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity; and ensuring that cultural diversity and sensitivity training is part of new employee orientation on an on-going basis to meet the needs of the patient population served in the hospital.

Chief Executive Officer:

  •  Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Hospital.

  • Accountable for planning organizing and directing the hospital to ensure that quality patient care is provided and that the financial integrity of the hospital is maintained.

  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as all policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, and those required by Joint Commission standards.

  • Responsible for creating an environment and culture that enables the hospital to fulfill its mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, conveying the hospital mission to all staff, holding staff accountable for performance, motivating staff to improve performance, recognize and reward performance, and being responsible for the operation of measurement, assessment and improvement of the hospital's performance.

Health Information Management Service Director:

  •  Responsible for the overall management of the functions and staff supervision in the HIM department. 

  • Formulates departmental policies and procedures and maintains the indexes and registers required by accrediting and regulatory agencies. 

  • Ensures that legal aspects of medical records practices, release of information, and hospital responsibility for confidentiality and privacy are being met. 

  • Establishes and maintains systems to control the collection, maintenance, retrieval and retention of clinical information and participate on committees and task forces which have medical records or clinical information management objectives. 

HIMS Coder:

  • The HIMS Coder Credentialed codes diagnoses and procedures as documented in each patient medical record according to ICD-10-CM classification system, and assigns the impairment and CMS 13 group codes.  

  • Abstracts information from the medical record and enters into PATCOM and UDS Proware and establishes an accurate and comprehensive data base all within the JCAHO standards, professional and regulatory agency guidelines, UHDDS guidelines and our policies.

Admissions Representative:

  • Assumes the responsibility for the coordination of an effective, efficient admission process for all patients by receiving referrals, gathering and verifying pertinent information, and completing necessary procedures to schedule and admit inpatient and/or outpatients.

  • Compiles and inputs statistical information into appropriate hospital systems.

Rehab Liaison:

  • Responsible for developing census as defined through targeted goals of the business plan and developing referral relationships within the geographic territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts.

  • Will assist with coordination of referral to admission conversion process and represent our company in community-related activities. 

  • Utilizes market analysis data in individual territory identifying new business and potential opportunities.

  • Recognizes barriers to admission, responds appropriately and follows up on admissions variables.

  • Understands healthcare operations, legal guidelines, competitive analysis, and market place trends

  • Provides in-services and professional presentations for referral sources, community groups and other organizations, regarding our company's services, programs and outcomes.

Director of Case Management:

  • Responsible for the day to day operations and human resource management of the department of Case Management. With a central focus on census management, patient care outcomes and key care indicators the DCM oversees the interdisciplinary plan of care and the discharge planning process to ensure the effectiveness and appropriateness of services.

  • The DCM is a patient and family advocate to ensure that services are delivered to meet the needs of patients and families and that the utilization of resources is appropriate.

  • The Director of Case Management assumes responsibility for providing appropriate training, education and management of the department of Case Management.

  • Serves as a Senior Leader who coordinates and communicates effectively with other members of administration, medical staff and the interdisciplinary patient care team regarding service delivery, financial management, and discharge planning processes.

Environmental Services Aide:

  • Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in all areas of the Hospital in accordance with our quality standards, as well as local, state and federal regulations.
