Utility Assembler

Full-time, 1st Shift

If you have a focus on quality with a “get the job done” attitude and good work ethic, then you should be successful at Oakworks. The utility assembler works in a variety of areas and learns many processes to assemble medical, spa, and massage tables. Additional responsibilities include, basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment. If you are willing to learn, work hard, and be a team-player we are delighted to train you.

Team Leader - Mill

Full-time, 1st Shift

The Mill Team Leader helps meet manufacturing demand with a focus on safety, quality, on-time-delivery, schedule attainment, and productivity. The Team Leader works in a timely and efficient manner, producing quality results, in an atmosphere of continuous improvement. We manufacture the high quality treatment equipment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to assure that production demands are achieved. The Mill Team Lead directs production employees to fulfill requirements in our Mill Department for our medical, spa and massage tables.  You will possess such qualities as delegating, coaching, and evaluating team members performance.

Quality Specialist

Full-time, 1st Shift

Are you ready to continuously improve the quality management system?

If you are a self-motivated individual with strong quality skills who enjoys continuous improvement and working with people, then you should be successful at Oakworks. The Quality Specialist inspects received goods, returned goods, work in process, and finished products while continuously assessing the environment and processes to suggest opportunities.  After identification of concerns, the Quality Specialist documents as appropriate, assists in the coordination and disposition of nonconforming material, and trains employees on quality procedures and defect recognition. It is also critical to manage and execute changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This could require performing other activities as needed, from providing training and guidance to fellow employees to operating a pallet jack.

Manufacturing Specialist

Full-time, 1st Shift

Do you have an ability to find opportunities for continuous improvement throughout production?

You will test ideas to demonstrate the improvements and work with the production and engineering teams in order to bring those ideas into regular production. Requires comprehensive knowledge and applications of most of our manufacturing operations. More specifically, this job requires competency in all final assembly operations, spray carousel and upholstering. On occasion this position will be asked to perform functions in other areas such as cutting fabric, working in the Mill and/or the Metal shop. This position does require flexible first shift hours.
